Shailesh Kumar is the Chief Business Officer. He has been working with Arohan since April 1, 2018. He holds an Honours in Economics and English. He has more than 25 years of experience of handling the entire life cycle of a lending business. As the Chief Business Officer at Arohan, he leads all aspects of Arohan's business, encompassing Organic, Inorganic and MFI Alliances from both, strategic and tactical perspectives, including Central Operations across all products, as well as the Debt Recovery function of the organisation. He has worked with IntelleCash, as Arohan MSME Head, then as Head Credit & Inorganic Business and as Head of Business. Prior to joining the Company, he had a long stint with SBI and then with ICICI Bank.
