Sharmistha Mukherjee is the Head of IT Applications of the Company.
She has completed her Bachelors in Technology in Computer Engineering and her PGD in Public Policy & Management from IIM-Bangalore. She is a seasoned banking professional with close to 15 years of experience in supervising end-to-end digital transformation of different projects/programs and portfolios. At Arohan, she is responsible for the Design and Project Management of the meraArohan & apnaArohan suite of mobile applications, management of the Core Banking System, and internal application development. Prior to joining the Company, she worked with renowned organisations like J P Morgan Chase, Barclays & HSBC. In her previous role, she was associated with Deutsche Bank.
