| 22 Annual Report | 2025-2026 Anurag Agrawal is the Promoter Nominee Director of our Company. He was nominated to our Board of Directors by I-Cap. He has been a Director of our Company since October 3, 2012. He holds a bachelor of business administration degree and a master of commerce degree from the University of Madras, Tamil Nadu and a post graduate diploma in management from T.A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal, Karnataka. Previously, he was associated with ICICI Bank Limited. Anurag Agrawal Sri Radha Ramana Saripalli is the NonExecutive Nominee Director of our Company. He has been a Director of our Company since May 23, 2025. He was nominated to our Board of Directors by Small Industries Development Bank of India (“SIDBI”). He holds a degree of bachelor of arts from Andhra University, Andhra Pradesh and has completed degree of master of arts (sociology), from Andhra University, Andhra Pradesh. He has completed the CAIIB Rural Banking examination of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, and has passed the Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers Rural Banking examination held by Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. He is general manager at SIDBI and has been associated with SIDBI since 1996 and focuses in the areas of among others, credit, financial inclusion relating to MSMEs, microfinance, MFIs, clusters, livelihood enterprises and development initiatives. Sri Radha Ramana Saripalli John Arunkumar Diaz is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has been a Director since January 3, 2024. He holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Madras, Tamil Nadu and has completed post graduate diploma in business management from Xavier Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Previously, he was associated with Standard Chartered Bank in India, UAE and Singapore and Jain Sons Finlease Limited. In addition, he has undertaken various and consulting assignments with banks in Mauritius, Indonesia, among others. He is currently on the board of Suryoday Small Finance Bank Limited and Old Bridge Mutual Fund Trustee Private Limited, among others. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Wilson College, University of Bombay, Maharashtra and a masters of arts (personnel management and industrial relations) degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Maharashtra. Previously, he was associated with Origa Markets Private Limited, Suryoday Trust (a school empowering and educating children with special needs), RPG Enterprises, Bharti AXA Limited and IDBI Bank. Ulhas S Deshpande Jose J Kattoor is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has been a Director of our Company since January 3, 2024. He holds a degree of bachelor of science from University of Kerala, Kerala, degree of bachelor of laws (special) from Gujarat University, Gujarat and a post graduate diploma in rural management from Institute of Rural Management Anand, Gujarat. He has also completed the Wharton Advanced Management Program from Aresty Institute of Executive Education, Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. He has passed the SME Finance for Bankers examination by the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. He is a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He is a former executive Jose J Kattoor director of RBI and was associated with RBI from 1991 to 2023. He served in various departments of RBI including its financial inclusion, non-banking companies, currency and communications departments. As an executive director, he supervised the enforcement, corporate strategy and currency departments of RBI. Kummamuri Narasimha Murthy is the NonExecutive Independent Director of our Company. He has been an Independent Director since February 12, 2025. He was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1983 and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has received a citation by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India in October 2007 and was also awarded the CMA Achievers Meet: Vision 2030 award in December, 2024 by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
