21 | Annual Report | 2025-2026 Board of Director’s Profile Dinesh Kumar Mittal is the Chairman and Non-Executive Independent Director of our Board. He has been a Director of our Company since May 15, 2018. He holds a master of science (physics) degree from University of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. He joined the Indian Administrative Services in July 1977. Previously, he has served with the Government of India as Secretary – Ministry of Finance, Secretary – Department of Financial Services and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and as Additional Secretary and Joint Secretary – Department of Commerce. He has also served as the chief executive officer of IL&FS and with the Government of Uttar Pradesh in various capacities including as secretary to the Chief Minister, managing director – Uttar Pradesh Land Development Corporation, vice chairman of the Ghaziabad Development Authority and Special Secretary and Additional Director – Industries. Vineet Chandra Rai is the Vice-Chairman and Promoter Nominee Director on our Board. He was nominated by AVMS and has been associated with the Company as a Director since October 24, 2013. He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Madhya Pradesh. In addition, Vineet has received numerous awards including the 2021 Access-HSBC Inclusive Finance India Award for personal contribution to Financial Inclusion in India, TIE Hall of Fame 2018, Porter Prize for Strategic Leadership in Social Space, 2016, CNBC TV 18 Award for being the Catalyst Fund for India, G 20 – SME Innovation in Finance Award 2010 in Seoul South Korea. In 2021 Vineet Chandra Rai was awarded the Faces of Vibrant Bharat 2021 by Grant Thorton Bharat. In 2023, Vineet Chandra Rai was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in Impact Investment by India Start Foundation. In 2024, he was named as one of Equalifi’s ‘Indian Alternative Investments Thought Leaders and won the “Change maker of the Year -Venture Capital’ at the WinPe Awards. He is an Ashoka Fellow and Honorary Member of XLRI Alumni Association and distinguished alumni of Indian Institute of Forest Management. Vineet is a serving member of the Alternative Investment Policy Advisory committee and Advisory Committee of Social Stock Exchange of Securities and Exchange Board of India. In 2022, Vineet was appointed on the G20 Start up 20 Engagement Group Task Force on Sustainability. Vineet was also invited by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for his “Roundtable interaction with Venture Capital and Private Equity Funds”. In 2021, Vineet was also invited by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for consultations on doubling the income of the Manojkumar N Nambiar is the Managing Director of our Company. He has been a Director since October 2012, when he was appointed as the Managing Director of our Company with effect from October 3, 2012. He holds a bachelors of engineering (mechanical branch) degree from VJ Technical Institute, University of Bombay, Maharashtra and a masters of management studies degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Bombay, Maharashtra and has completed pre-recruitment examinations for general insurance agents from the Insurance Institute of India, Maharashtra. He has completed “HDFC Life Strategy in the Age of Artificial Intelligence Programme” held at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. He has also completed the ‘Strategic Leadership for Microfinance’ course from Harvard Business School, U.S.A., “Strategem - Strategy meets Leadership” course from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, “HDFC Life Leadership Program ‘Leading for Impact’ from IMD”, and “Enabling Strategic Impact in the Boardroom” at London Business School, London, United Kingdom. He has been working with various companies in the fields of business development, consumer banking and finance and microfinance across India and the Middle East. Previously, he was associated with Modi Xerox India Limited (formerly, Modi Xerox Limited), Dinesh Kumar Mittal Vineet Chandra Rai Manojkumar N Nambiar Countrywide Consumer Financial Services Limited, ANZ Grindlays Bank, ABN Amro Bank N.V., National Bank of Oman, Alhamrani Company for Investment in Trade and Ahli Bank. He is the director of the governing body of Microfinance Institutions Network (MFIN), Chairperson of the Governing Board of Trustees at Association of Microfinance Institutions, West Bengal and is also the lead of the steering committee, AMFIRS’21, Assam. He is also on the Board of Aavishkaar Venture Management Services Private Limited and Intellecap Advisory Services Private Limited.
