She was nominated to our Board of Directors by Maj Invest. She holds a degree in economics and international business from School of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Universidad ESAN, Peru. She was a member of Macroeconomic Observatory in Universidad ESAN, Peru. She has completed the HBS - Accion Program on Strategic Leadership in Inclusive Finance from Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A. She is an investment director at Maj Invest and has been associated with them since 2022. Previously, she was associated with a Latin-American credit rating firm in the area of analysis, research and development (risks). Wilhelmus Marthinus Maria Van Der Beek is the Non-Executive Nominee Director of our Company. He was nominated to our Board of Directors by AG II. He has been a Director of our Company since December 5, 2016. He holds a doctoral degree in economics and business economics from Erasmus University, Rotterdam and has completed the European Leadership Course 6 from Comenius Leergangen. He is the founder of Goodwell Investments BV, a Netherlandsbased investment firm focused on financial inclusion and also manages the Aavishkaar Goodwell India Microfinance Development Company I Ltd. and AG II. Wilhelmus Marthinus Maria Van Der Beek Karina Isabel Alva Alfaro Rupa Rajul Vora is the Non-Executive Nominee Director of our Company. She was nominated to our Board of Directors by FMO. She has been a Director of our Company since August 8, 2023. She holds a bachelors degree in commerce from University of Bombay, Maharashtra. She was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi in 1984. She received the India’s Top Women in Finance 2023 award from Equalifi, presented by Valuefy, and was recognised amongst India’s 10 most influential women in finance by Rediff.com in 2012. She has been a member of the Jury for the CFO 100 Programme, 2022 by the CFO Institute, and has been conferred with the “Women Leadership Excellence Award” at the IPE – BFSI Awards 2013 by the Institute of Public Enterprise. She was previously associated with Oman International, KBC Bank N.V., IDFC Alternatives Limited, Antwerp Diamond Bank N.V. and IDFC Asset Management Company Limited. She has been a member of Confederation of Indian Industry’s National Committee on Financial Reporting for the years 2020 - 2021 to 2023-2024. Rupa Rajul Vora Nitish Chawla is the Non-Executive Nominee Director of our Company. He was nominated to our Board of Directors by DSDG. He has been a Director of our Company since May 31, 2023. He holds a bachelor of engineering (computer engineering) degree from Thapar University, Patiala, Punjab and a post graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. He has also cleared the third level of the CFA examination. He is an investment director at Impact Fund for Denmark.
