With an extensive presence across 16 states and a strong branch network of 1,069, the organisation continued to bringing responsible financial services closer to underserved households and enabling greater economic participation. Throughout the year, the organisation focused on scaling its impact, strengthening stakeholder value, and creating opportunities for sustainable progress. PRODUCTS DESIGNED FOR SUSTAINABLE PROGRESS Our operations are focused on customer centricity, supported by a range of income-generating and financially inclusive offerings aimed at meeting the diverse needs of financially underserved and unserved customers. Our product portfolio comprises core microfinance products, including the Saral loan and micro-enterprise loans (“MEL”), as well as certain secondary, cross-sell products offered exclusively to our core loan product customers to address their requirements for both financial and non-financial products. These products support livelihood enhancement, working-capital requirements and essential household needs. Flagship Loan Products Saral Suite of Products: The Saral loan, our principal core loan product, caters to women who are residing in low-income areas and are generally involved in trade and services. Anchored in the Joint Liability Group (JLG) model, For Saral loans, we predominantly provide loans to groups consisting of two/three to five women, and centres typically consisting of up to 30 members. In recognition of the evolving financial journeys of its customers, Arohan introduced Saral Khaas in FY 2026. Saral Khaas refers to loans offered to borrowers meeting enhanced eligibility criteria, including stronger credit profiles and repayment history, as determined by our Company’s internal risk assessment framework. The Saral product family, which includes Saral New-to Credit, Saral Use-to-Credit, Saral Khaas and Saral Repeat, offers loan amounts ranging from INR 25,000 to INR 1,25,000 and have a term of 24 to 30 months. Micro Enterprise Loans Recognising the vital role that micro and small enterprises play in India’s economy, Arohan offers tailored credit solutions designed to meet the unique needs of small entrepreneurs. Our MELs are collateral-free individual loan products designed to meet the working capital requirements of small businesses operating from established business premises. Borrowers under this product segment are predominantly individuals engaged in small trading activities and micro-enterprise operations. Loan amounts typically range from INR 50,000 to INR 5,00,000, with tenors spanning 24 to 36 months. The loan appraisal process includes an assessment of the borrower’s credit history, existing fixed obligations, and household income, supplemented by validation of business ownership or operational proof along with standard KYC documentation. The appraisal further incorporates a business premises assessment to verify the nature and continuity of the business. Final loan sanction is contingent upon a real-time video-based personal discussion (“Video PD”) with the borrower and compliance with established credit underwriting norms. The credit evaluation approach varies based on the loan ticket size and the borrower’s credit requirements, utilizing either assessed income methodologies or banking turnover analysis to determine repayment capacity. Repayments are structured as monthly EMIs, which can be autodebited from the borrower’s bank account through a UPI mandate, ensuring ease and timeliness of repayment. By closely understanding the challenges faced by microentrepreneurs, Arohan delivers flexible, need-based financing that empowers them to strengthen their enterprises and progress with confidence.
