Ketan Agrawal Vinod Kumar Pandey is the Head of Central Operations and has been associated with the Company since August 28, 2015. He holds a post graduate diploma in rural management from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Jharkhand, and a diploma in business management from ICFAI, Tripura. He is responsible for central operations and process control of our Company. He has over 22 years of experience in microfinance industry, livelihood development, rural marketing and life insurance. Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with International Development Enterprise (India), Max New York Life, Kotak Life, and L&T Finance. Vinod Kumar Pandey Ketan Agrawal is the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and has been associated with the Company since June 1, 2018. He is responsible for the finance functions of the Company, including determining financial objectives, designing and implementing systems, formulating policies and procedures to facilitate Sharoni Pal is the Head of Credit of the Company and has been associated with our Company since November 11, 2023. She is responsible for credit policy, credit administration and underwriting for the organic and inorganic business. She holds a bachelor’s degree engineering (mech.) from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal, Karnataka and a post graduate diploma in management from S. P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, Maharashtra. She has over 27 years of experience in banking and financial services. Prior to joining our Company, she was associated with ITC Classic Finance Limited, Citibank, ABN AMRO Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland. Sharoni Pal Kanchan Banerjee is the Head of Human Resources, Training and Development, Administration, and CSR at the Company. She was associated with the Company from January 9, 2024 until December 31, 2024 and has rejoined the Company from June 18, 2026. She leads the organisation’s people strategy and oversees the human resources function across corporate and business operations, training and development, administration, and CSR. She has completed the final examination of the course in electronics and telecommunication engineering from Sundargarh Engineering School, Sundargarh, Odisha, and has completed the final examination of the master of business administration program from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical & Technological Sciences, Sikkim, and an executive diploma in human resource management from Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand (formerly known as Xavier Labour Relations Institute). She has over 20 years of experience in human resources, training and development. Prior to joining the Company, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Vedant Fashions Limited.
