25 | Annual Report | 2025-2026 Manojkumar N Nambiar is the Managing Director of our Company. He has been a Director since October 2012, when he was appointed as the Managing Director of our Company with effect from October 3, 2012. He holds a bachelors of engineering (mechanical branch) degree from VJ Technical Institute, University of Bombay, Maharashtra and a masters of management studies degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Bombay, Maharashtra and has completed pre-recruitment examinations for general insurance agents from the Insurance Institute of India, Maharashtra. He has completed “HDFC Life Strategy in the Age of Artificial Intelligence Programme” held at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. He has also completed the ‘Strategic Leadership for Microfinance’ course from Harvard Business School, U.S.A., “Strategem - Strategy meets Leadership” course from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, “HDFC Life Leadership Program ‘Leading for Impact’ from IMD”, and “Enabling Strategic Impact in the Boardroom” at London Business School, London, United Kingdom. He has been working with various companies in the fields of business development, consumer banking and finance and microfinance across India and the Middle East. Previously, he was associated with Modi Xerox India Limited (formerly, Modi Xerox Limited), Countrywide Consumer Financial Services Limited, ANZ Grindlays Bank, ABN Amro Bank N.V., National Bank of Oman, Alhamrani Company for Investment in Trade and Ahli Bank. He is the director of the governing body of Microfinance Institutions Network (MFIN), Chairperson of the Governing Board of Trustees at Association of Microfinance Institutions, West Bengal and is also the lead of the steering committee, AMFIRS’21, Assam. He is also on the Board of Aavishkaar Venture Management Services Private Limited and Intellecap Advisory Services Private Limited. Milind Ramchandra Nare is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of our Company and has been associated with our Company since April 28, 2016. He was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from May 9, 2016 and as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer on August 14, 2025. He holds a bachelor of commerce degree from University of Bombay, Maharashtra and a master of financial management Anirudh Singh Thakur is the Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of our Company and has been associated with our Company with effect from October 1, 2017. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Nagpur University, Maharashtra and a bachelor of law degree from Nagpur University, Maharashtra. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. He passed the Limited Insolvency Examination conducted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, New Delhi. He is responsible for our Company’s legal and regulatory standing, overseeing the integrity of our governance protocols while spearheading the risk management strategies that protect our corporate reputation. He has over 26 years of experience in corporate law, commercial law, compliance, corporate legal and litigation. Prior to joining our Company, he worked as a legal consultant, and has also worked with India Factoring and Finance Solutions Private Limited, Global Trade Finance Limited, Intelenet Global Services Limited, Premier Auto Electric Limited and Pix Transmissions Limited, in their respective legal and secretarial departments. He received the ‘Governance Professional of the Year’ award at the 20th ICSI National Awards for Excellence in Corporate Governance, 2020. In 2022, he was named as a recipient of the Diligent Modern Governance 100 in the ‘Boards and Governance Innovator’ category. Milind Ramchandra Nare Anirudh Singh Thakur degree from Pondicherry University, Union Territory of Puducherry. He has also completed the certification program on “Strategic Leadership in Inclusive Finance” from Harvard Business School, Boston. He is a finance professional with over 30 years of experience in finance. He is responsible for overseeing our Company’s key functions including finance, treasury, credit, technology, human resources, training, and administration, and is also responsible for engagement with investors, lenders, regulators, rating agencies, and other external stakeholders. Prior to joining our Company, he was the chief finance officer of India Factoring and Finance Solutions Private Limited. He has also worked at Global Trade Finance Limited, The Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Company Limited, Pam Pharmaceutical & Allied Machinery Company Private Limited and L&T Finance Limited. He was conferred the ‘Best CFO – BFSI (Large sized enterprises)’ award for 2020 at the 8th CFO Summit Awards, 2021 by the All India Association of Industries.
