The loan origination process is streamlined through MeraArohan, which enables real-time credit bureau checks and provides automatic guidance on loan amounts while conducting essential group recognition tests prior to onboarding. The entire loan cycle is managed through our CBS, Profile, which ensures real-time repayment and delinquency monitoring. We offer various digital payment options, including QR codes, AEPS, and digital wallets, allowing for convenient repayment methods without reliance on cash. Moreover, we have implemented a cloud-based customer relationship management system to maintain seamless operations during disruptions, enhancing our responsiveness to customer queries. We advocate for safe and ethical technology use, alongside environmentally friendly recycling practices for end-of-life digital products. AI Enhancements Moving forward, we plan to invest in AI tools to further enhance customer experiences and optimize operational efficiency. Looking ahead, Arohan is poised to make significant investments in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools as part of our ongoing digital transformation. This strategic move is designed to elevate customer experiences, drive personalisation, and optimise operational efficiency through innovative technology. Arohan is excited to announce the launch of our new AIdriven Assistant in BI Dashboard, designed to make data access and analysis faster and more intuitive for everyone The enhanced solution is powered by Google Gemini and enables users to interact with the dashboard using natural language. Simply ask a question in any language, and the system will retrieve the relevant data and present the results within the dashboard. Arohan has consistently been at the forefront of digital innovation within the microfinance sector. Our mobile-first approach, cloud-based CRM system, seamless cashless transactions, data analytics capabilities, e-signature integration, and facial recognition technologies are just a few examples of how we’re leveraging technology to enhance both customer service and operational efficiency. AROHAN’S DIVERSIFIED LIQUIDITY STRATEGY Arohan’s proactive and diversified liquidity strategy helps the company navigate industry headwinds and support customer-centric growth. Despite sector-wide challenges, Arohan remains committed to efficient liquidity management and inclusive financial services for underserved communities. FY 2026 has been a significant year for Arohan with total asset and gross portfolio at INR 8,220 Cr and INR 7,426 Cr respectively. Arohan closed the year with the following key financial results, as follows: ● Total Revenue stands at INR 1,552 Cr. ● Pre-Provisions Profit before Taxes stands at INR 467 Cr shows strong business model fundamentals. ● Improved retained earnings along with increased Equity Capital base have resulted in healthy CRAR at 27.61% ● Net worth stood at INR 2,158 Cr. While Arohan’s branch network stands at 1069 as on March 31, 2026 while the branch count was 1102 on March 31, 2025. Our employee strength stood at 9,654 at the end of March 2026 while the same was 10,252 at the end of March 2025. The company ensured a comfortable fund position throughout the year to support its business. As on March 2026, the borrowing outstanding was close to INR 5,900 Cr.
