Our board engaged with the management in a detailed strategy discussion in November 2025 looking at the market trends, financial landscape, opportunities and what we should do build a sustainable and impactful business. This culminated in the new “Vision 2030 – to impact 20 million lives by 2030” which guides us on the way forward. As part of our efforts to proactively strengthen the Company’s net worth and position Arohan for its Vision 2030 aspirations, the Board approved the exploration of a public listing. Accordingly, we successfully filed our Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) on May 15, 2026, setting in motion the next phase of our evolution as we prepare to access the public capital markets. I was honoured to be selected as the Chairperson at the Association of Microfinance Institutions, West Bengal (AMFI-WB) last year, one of the oldest MFI associations in one of the biggest markets in the country while I complete my 3rd three-year term on Micro Finance Industry Network (MFIN), the sector SRO’s Managing Board in June 2026.
