In an ambitious, first-of-its kind initiative in the industry, Arohan is on its way to open ‘Digital Arohan’. Digital Arohan is about enabling Arohan’s microfinance customers to opt for a loan service effortlessly with the use of a mobile application alone, without any human touch, and get their bank account credited in a matter of just a couple of hours. Arohan already has a robust digital process in place for its employees and its customers, and that forms the foundation of going digital with its lending model. Arohan’s in-house customer application, ApnaArohan, is used by customers to make their repayments, view their relationships with Arohan and also communicate with the Customer Care Team.
